All nine educational boards in Punjab are set to announce the results of the Class 9 annual examinations tomorrow, September 2, at 10am.
Students across the province are eagerly awaiting their results, which will be announced simultaneously by all nine Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE).
The results will allow students to check their performance in the Class 9 annual examinations and determine their next academic steps.
Important update for supplementary and improvement candidates
An important change has also been announced for students who fail one or more subjects or want to improve their marks.
Students who receive supplementary status or wish to improve their Class 9 scores will not be required to appear in a second annual examination.
Instead, they will be allowed to sit for the relevant examination next year alongside the new batch of Class 9 students.
Such students will follow the same syllabus and examination scheme under which they originally appeared in the examination and received supplementary status or obtained lower marks.
The development is expected to affect thousands of Class 9 students across Punjab as they prepare to check their results and decide on their next academic steps.

BISE Lahore Matric 2026 result
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has officially released the 10th Class First Annual Examination Result 2026.
Students can check their results by entering their roll number on the official BISE Lahore website. Those without internet access can send their roll number via SMS to 800291. The board has also uploaded the result gazette, allowing schools and students to search results by roll number or name where available.
BISE Multan 10th Class result
BISE Multan has announced the Matric Result 2026 as part of the province-wide declaration.
Candidates can access their marks through the official board website, send their roll number to 800293 via SMS, or download the result gazette for detailed results.
BISE Sargodha Matric 2026 result
The Sargodha Board has published the 10th Class First Annual Examination Result 2026.
Students can check their marks online using their roll number, through SMS by sending the roll number to 800290, or by viewing the official result gazette.
BISE Faisalabad SSC results
BISE Faisalabad has also released the Matric 2026 results.
Students can access their results online through the board’s website, receive them via SMS by sending their roll number to 800240, or consult the result gazette for complete examination records.
