Ambassador calls Field Marshal and PM Shehbaz ‘best possible duo,’ shares Ajmal Jami

Senior journalist Ajmal Jami said that Pakistan is neither looking for a “wonder boy” nor are there any differences between the government and the military leadership.

Ajmal Jami revealed that he met the ambassador of a highly influential country to know how comfortable they were with Pakistan’s current leadership. In response, the diplomat said, “This is the best possible duo,” referring to the Prime Minister and the current Army Chief, indicating full confidence in them.

Jami emphasised that this statement makes it clear that there is no need for a “wonder boy” at present, and that the current leadership enjoys both internal harmony and external confidence.

According to him, narratives suggesting differences between the government and military leadership are baseless and merely part of rumours.

Rumours and fake news have been circulating on social media, claiming that the government has been given a six-month ultimatum by the army.

It is pertinent to mention that these claims lack any credible sources and have no basis in reality.

Earlier, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) spokesperson confirmed that there is complete harmony between the federal government and security institutions, leaving no room for confusion.

The military spokesperson described these rumours as part of a deliberate conspiracy by certain political and negative elements who exploit false narratives to serve their own agendas.
