Another lie of Shahzad Akbar, Adil Raja exposed

British Court told suspect in Akbar, Raja case is student, not hitman

A major development emerged on Monday in the case involving Pakistani dissidents living in the United Kingdom, including a former adviser in the Imran Khan government, Shahzad Akbar and YouTuber Adil Raja as a British Court was told that the individual previously linked to the matter is not a hitman but a student with no criminal history.

According to details, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard that 25-year-old Louis Regan, who appeared before the court, is a student of good character and has no prior criminal record.

Prosecutors confirmed that Regan has not been directly implicated in any violent activity connected to the case.

During the proceedings, the court was informed that Regan had been involved in the purchase and sale of a BMW, the same vehicle allegedly used during incidents at the residences of Adil Raja and Shahzad Akbar. However, the court was told that this involvement was limited to the vehicle transaction itself.

Crucially, the evidence presented so far has not established any link between Pakistan or any Pakistani state agency and the alleged incidents.

According to court records, the matter appears to involve a case of simple theft rather than an organised or state-sponsored conspiracy. This assessment contrasts sharply with claims circulating on social media and in some quarters that have portrayed the incident as part of a wider coordinated plot.
