Chery Master Pakistan is set to launch its all-electric Chery Q EV in Pakistan on September 18 at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAPS) 2026, as demand for new-energy vehicles continues to grow in the country.
The company is expected to announce the Chery Q price and booking details at the auto show, where the electric vehicle will be introduced as an urban-focused model designed for everyday commuting.
The launch comes as Pakistan’s new-energy vehicle (NEV) market records rapid growth. According to figures shared by Chery Master Pakistan, the segment grew by 392% during FY2025-26 and now represents around 15% of the country’s overall automobile market.
Chery Q EV battery and range
The Chery Q is equipped with a 42.7 kWh battery and offers a claimed range of up to 400 kilometres under the NEDC cycle. The company says the vehicle can deliver efficiency of up to 9.4 kilometres per unit.
The electric car measures 4,195 mm in length and has a 2,700 mm wheelbase, offering a compact footprint for urban driving while providing a relatively spacious interior.

Chery Q EV charging and solar benefits
Chery Master Pakistan is also highlighting the potential benefits of using rooftop solar power to charge electric vehicles, particularly as solar adoption continues to expand across the country.
According to estimates shared by the company, a conventional petrol vehicle travelling around 20,000 kilometres annually could consume approximately Rs488,000 in fuel.
By comparison, based on real-world efficiency of around 7.2 kilometres per unit, the annual energy cost of running the Chery Q could be around Rs30,000 for households that can use surplus solar power for charging.
The potential savings could become increasingly significant as more Pakistani households install rooftop solar systems. Pakistan imported around 17 GW of solar PV capacity during 2024, contributing to the country’s rapidly expanding solar generation base.

The Chery Q price in Pakistan, along with booking details and the company’s complete commercial package, will be announced at the Pakistan Auto Show 2026 on September 18.
The launch will expand Chery Master Pakistan’s presence in the new-energy vehicle market and add an all-electric urban mobility option to its growing lineup.
