Chery has reduced the prices of two plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) in Pakistan. The price cuts come after the government reduced the sales tax on hybrid vehicles from 25 per cent to 18 per cent.

All prices are ex-factory. The new prices will also apply to full and partial balance orders that are already in the system.

When will the new prices be effective?
The new prices are effective from September 17, 2026. The offer is available for a limited time and while stocks last.
According to a notification from Chery Master Group, the prices of three PHEV models have been reviewed.
The Chery Tiggo 7 PHEV and Tiggo 8 PHEV are now Rs500,000 cheaper. The price of the Tiggo 9 PHEV has not changed.
Chery Q EV to launch in Pakistan on September 18
Chery Master Pakistan is set to launch its all-electric Chery Q EV in Pakistan on September 18 at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAPS) 2026.
The company is expected to announce the Chery Q price and booking details at the auto show. There, the electric vehicle is expected be introduced as an urban-focused model designed for everyday commuting.
The launch comes as Pakistan’s new-energy vehicle (NEV) market records rapid growth.
According to figures shared by Chery Master Pakistan, the segment grew by 392 per cent during FY2025-26.
And now represents around 15 per cent of the country’s overall automobile market.
The Chery Q is equipped with a 42.7 kWh battery and offers a claimed range of up to 400 kilometres under the NEDC cycle. The company says the vehicle can deliver efficiency of up to 9.4 kilometres per unit.
