A Karachi court has acquitted Anmol, also known as Pinky, in two more cases linked to narcotics and alleged facilitation due to a lack of evidence.
The Additional District and Sessions Judge in Karachi South announced the decisions after the prosecution failed to present enough evidence against her.
The court accepted her acquittal plea and ordered her immediate release if she was not wanted in any other case. Her brother, Nasir, had also been acquitted in the same narcotics recovery case.
How many cases has Anmol Pinky been acquitted in?
With these latest decisions, Anmol has now been acquitted in five cases. A case was also registered against her by the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in 2018.
In August 2026, a Karachi court had also acquitted her in a narcotics case registered in 2021 at Gizri police station.
Previously, a Karachi court acquitted Anmol alias Pinky in three drug-related cases registered in 2020, 2021 and 2022, citing grounds presented during the proceedings.
The cases were heard by the Additional District and Sessions Court (South), where the accused’s lawyer argued that two co-accused, Ali and Fehmida, had already been acquitted in 2024.
Anmol Pinky booked in murder case
Karachi police recently submitted an interim challan in a murder case registered at Baghdadi Police Station against Anmol, also known as Pinky, according to the reports. Anmol Pinky is already facing allegations in a major drug trafficking case.
According to the investigating officer (IO), the investigation is still underway. An interim challan was also submitted because the legal deadline for filing the charge sheet had expired, according to the reports.
The challan states that the incident took place on May 7. The complainant was passing through Haji Pir Muhammad Road for motorcycle related work when he noticed a dead body lying on a footpath.
Then a large number of people had gathered at the scene.
