Cristiano Ronaldo buys luxury villas in Saudi Arabia

WEB DESK: Cristiano Ronaldo, the first football billionaire, and his fiancée, Georgina Rodriguez, have purchased luxury villas in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea project.

Luxury villas cost £3.1 million each, with Ronaldo among the first buyers to buy two of them.

According to the private news outlet, the beautiful villas are located at Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve developed by Red Sea Global.

Among the first buyers are Ronaldo and Rodriguez, who bought both of the ultra-luxury villas. 

Each villa costs from SAR15.5 million (approximately £3.1 million).

The Portuguese footballer told the media, “From the moment we first visited, Georgina and I felt a connection with the island and its natural beauty, it’s a place where we feel at peace.”

He also added by saying that: “Now we have a home here, we can enjoy quality time with family in complete privacy any time we like.”

Joining of Cristiano Ronaldo’s in Saudi club Al-Nassr in 2023 made him the most paid footballer in history, with an annual salary of £177 million ($237.5 million), alongside bonuses and a reported 15% ownership stake in the club.

Where he is succeeding financially, he also said that he has no plan to retire right now.
