Dua Lipa announces ‘Live From Mexico’ concert film

Dua Lipa has revealed her upcoming live album and concert film titled “Dua Lipa (Live From Mexico),” which she recorded during three performances at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City.

The film is set to debut on May 21 at 10 a.m. PT on Lipa’s YouTube channel, while the live album will be available on streaming platforms starting May 22. Physical copies of the album can be preordered and will be shipped on June 5.

In the trailer for the film, Lipa shares an emotional moment with the audience.

“This tour has been the most beautiful and fulfilling experience of my career so far,” she expressed. “You’ve created something larger than a show. You’ve created a family, and I feel that every single night.”

The pop star filmed the album and movie during her “Radical Optimism” tour, which wrapped up with the Mexico City concerts in December 2025.

During the shows, she performed a duet with Maná’s Fher Olvera on the band’s 1992 song “Oye Mi Amor.” She completed the impressive 92-date tour for “Radical Optimism,” her third album released in May 2024, which spanned five continents and sold over 1.75 million tickets.

Dua Lipa sues Samsung for use of image on TV packaging

The recent development comes after Dua Lipa initiated a $15 million (£11 million) lawsuit against Samsung, claiming that the company used her likeness on its television packaging without her approval.

According to a lawsuit submitted on Friday in California, Lipa said that Samsung prominently featured a photo of her face without her consent on TV models available in the US.

The lawsuit stated that Samsung’s packaging was intended to unfairly benefit from Ms. Lipa’s hard-earned success to market and sell Samsung’s products.
