Dubai hotel prices drop massively: see most affordable deals

Hotel prices in Dubai have dropped with a huge gap. Rooms near Burj Khalifa are now available for about $200, which is around Rs55,930, per night.

Recent data has shown major price reductions in several luxury and mid range hotels in the city.

Some hotel rates have fallen by as much as 64 per cent. Here the visitors in Dubai can check the latest deals.

Dubai hotel deals: luxury hotels for cheap

One of the largest drops is at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Al Barsha. The hotel previously had a baseline price of AED 1,495 set on February 28, 2026.

The current estimated rate is AED 780 per night, a drop of 47.8 per cent.

The Al Khoory Atrium Hotel in Al Barshas earlier price was AED 340. The current estimated rate is AED 189 per night. This shows a 44.5 per cent decrease.

Prices have also fallen at Jumeirah Emirates Towers on Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel had a baseline rate of AED 1,120, but the current estimated price is AED 634 per night. This is a 43.4 per cent reduction.

At Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai in Downtown Dubai, the baseline price was AED 880. The latest estimated rate is AED 500 per night. This shows a 43.2 per cent drop.

Another decrease was recorded at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai in Barsha Heights. The previous price stood at AED 400. And the current estimated rate is AED 234 per night. This means the price is 41.5 per cent down.

Rooms near Burj Khalifa now available for around $200 per night

The luxury property St. Regis Downtown Dubai also saw a reduction. The baseline price was AED 1,320, and the present estimated rate is AED 800 per night. This is a 39.4 per cent decline.

At Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach in Jumeirah Beach Residence, prices dropped from AED 760 to about AED 518 per night. This shows of 31.8 per cent lessening.

Rates also decreased at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR in the same area. The hotel’s baseline rate was AED 1,280, while the current estimated price is AED 896 per night. This shows a 30 per cent drop.

At Grand Hyatt Dubai in Oud Metha, the baseline price was AED 820. The present estimated rate is AED 575 per night. This marks a 29.9 per cent decrease.

The iconic Burj Al Arab Jumeirah also recorded a decline. Its baseline rate stood at AED 6,400. The current estimated price is AED 4,500 per night. This shows a drop of 29.7 per cent.
