What happened in the Faisalabad 2019 rally case?
According to the court order, a case was registered against the accused at Factory Area Police Station in 2019. They were accused of blocking a road and trying to damage property.
The court has ordered the SHO of Factory Area Police Station to arrest all the accused. They must be brought before the court on October 12.
Those facing arrest warrants include Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, Haji Akram Ansari, Rao Kashif Rahim and PML-N leader Musadik Malik.
Other accused include MNA Shehbaz Babar, former lawmakers Ejaz Waris and Mian Abdul Mannan, and Sheikh Ejaz Ahmed.
The list also includes MPA Jafar Ali Hocha, Faqir Hussain Dogar, Mehr Hamid Rashid, Mian Javed Latif and Mian Qasim Farooq.
The court has directed the police to arrest the accused and present them before the court on October 12.
