FDE Summer Sports Camp 2026 kicks off at Pakistan Sports Complex

The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) has now successfully organised a Summer Sports Camp 2026 at the Pakistan Sports Complex.

The initiative was taken under the leadership of FDE Director General. It is aimed at improving healthy lifestyle of students of federal government educational institutions.

Boys and girls from all six educational sectors of FDE have gathered at the Sports Complex to receive professional training for different sports. These sports include badminton, hockey, volleyball, table tennis, chess and cycling.

The training sessions have been designed to improve the teamwork and technical skills of all students.

The FDE Summer Sports Camp also provides top international level coaching along with training facilities.

Experienced sports professionals are tasked with conveying modern practical techniques to young athletes.

The camp is also harnessing leadership qualities among the young participants.

FDE also paid tribute to the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination and the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) for their commitment and support.

The summer camp aims to prepare future athletes who can represent Pakistan at national and international levels.

PHF announces professional opportunities for young hockey talent

Earlier, the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) announced many international development initiatives aimed at providing the country’s emerging hockey talent with key exposure and high-level competition internationally.

It is important to note that these initiatives form a major part of the federation’s efforts to train young players and prepare them for professional matches.

After the approval of the Pakistan U-18 Boys Hockey Team’s participation in the XI A-Side (Five-A-Side) Hockey Tournament in Oman, the PHF has now decided to offer similar opportunities to the Pakistan U-18 Women’s Hockey Team.
