Taliban’s top commander Hamid Khorasanin killed in Pakistan attack

A senior Taliban commander, Hamid Khorasani, who had previously issued threats of suicide attacks in Pakistan, has been killed at a Taliban military brigade headquarters in Kabul, according to security sources.

The facility was reported to be used for training fighters, including suicide bombers.

On February 24, 2026, while giving an interview, he openly threatened Pakistan by saying that if Pakistan is proud of its ballistic missiles and nuclear bombs, we have battalions of suicide.

Taliban commander sent to hell

The Pakistani armed forces, along with the coordination of the Pakistan air forces targetted multiple hideouts of the Afghan Taliban in response to the unprovoked firing from the Afghan border.

Pakistani forces have crushed various important ammunition depots and destroyed multiple brigades of the Afghan Taliban regime.

In this strong attack towards Afghanistan, the top commander of the Taliban, Hamid Khorasanin, was sent to hell.

According to the security resources, Khorasanin was killed in an attack at the Kabul Taliban military brigade headquarters.

Khorasanin’s statement before war

While giving an interview to a private media channel on February 24, Khorasanin clearly threatened Pakistan.

In his statement, he said, “We have made it clear to Pakistan that if you are fighting with ballistic missiles, nuclear bombs, we have the army of the suicide bombers, which has the ability to fight against the world’s disbelief that Pakistan is a black faith.”

He added, “Pakistan’s leadership and the people of Pakistan are grateful to the leader of the Islamic Emirate, Sheikh Saba Amirul Momineen, who does not allow the Mujahideen to go further.”

“If the leader of the Islamic Emirate allows, you should be sure that in the soil of Pakistan, we have the majority
of Muslims in Islamabad”, Khorasanin said.

“The people of Pakistan, who are Muslims, are asking for an Islamic order to be followed. We
have it with us. We can destroy Pakistan in 24 hours”, he claimed.
