Harvard Business School has started accepting applications for its MBA scholarship program. The scholarship is for talented students who want to study for an MBA in the United States.
Harvard scholarship for Pakistani students
The university will provide need based financial aid to help students pay for their education. Harvard said that the program is meant to make its MBA more affordable for students from around the world.
According to Harvard Business School, about half of its MBA students receive need based scholarships.
The average scholarship is around $100,000 over two years. Students with greater financial need may also receive full tuition support.
The university will decide the scholarship amount after reviewing each student’s financial situation. It will look at income, savings, family background, and education loans. For married applicants or those who have children, household finances will also be considered.
Students from all countries can apply for the scholarship. However, they must first get admission to Harvard’s MBA program.
After receiving admission, they can submit a financial aid application along with the required financial documents.
International students also have to submit a Certification of Finances form. Harvard uses this form to check financial information and confirm eligibility for financial aid.
Harvard Business School said that the scholarship program is designed to give more students the chance to study at the university. It encouraged all eligible applicants to apply, regardless of their financial situation.
