The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released its latest ODI player rankings, with New Zealand batter Daryl Mitchell maintaining his position at the top of the batting chart.

In the updated list, India’s star batter Virat Kohli has secured second place, while former Pakistan captain Babar Azam is ranked sixth.

In the ODI bowling rankings, Afghanistan’s spinner Rashid Khan has retained the top spot, while Pakistan’s leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed is ranked second following his impressive performances.

Meanwhile, Pakistan fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi has also moved up one place to reach the ninth position among the top 10 bowlers.

Spinners continue to dominate the ODI bowling rankings, with Afghanistan’s star leg-spinner Rashid Khan retaining his position at the top of the world rankings.

The big news for Pakistani fans is that national team mystery spinner Abrar Ahmed has made a significant jump in the rankings, thanks to his consistent and impressive performances. He is now ranked as the second-best ODI bowler in the world.

This latest ranking update has also brought positive news for Pakistan’s fast-bowling star Shaheen Shah Afridi, who has moved up one place due to his excellent recent performances. He now stands at the ninth position in the ICC’s top 10 ODI bowlers list.
