India has lost diplomatic influence under Modi’s leadership Khawaja Asif

Federal Minister for Defence, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, posted a strongly worded message on the social media platform X, making critical remarks about Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and India’s foreign policy standing.

In his post, Asif claimed that India’s current leadership has weakened the country’s international position, stating that New Delhi has ‘lost diplomatic influence under its present policies. He also referred to India’s global image, arguing that it has declined under the current government’s ideological direction.

The remarks included sharp criticism of Prime Minister Modi and his governance style, with Asif suggesting that India’s international stature has diminished.

Khawaja Asif wrote in his statement, “What else can he do? A year ago, he lost the war and was badly defeated, forever scarred. Now he is irrelevant on the diplomatic front.
