T-Mobile has introduced a new promotion that allows eligible customers in the United States to get an iPhone 18 Pro at no additional device cost.
The offer is available to customers who meet specific conditions and use an eligible T-Mobile plan. The company is offering up to $1,200 off the iPhone 18 Pro through monthly bill credits.
New customers can qualify by moving an eligible phone number from another carrier to T-Mobile. They must also activate a new line on an eligible Experience Beyond plan. No trade-in is required under this option.
Existing customers can also qualify for the promotion. Depending on their eligible plan, they can trade in a device to receive the promotional discount.
How does the ‘free’ iPhone offer work?
T-Mobile provides the discount through up to 36 monthly bill credits. This means customers need to keep the qualifying line active to receive all the credits.
The iPhone 18 Pro 256GB has a listed price of $1,199.99 under the promotion. T-Mobile offers up to $1,200 back through the monthly credits, which can cover the device cost for eligible customers.
If a customer cancels the account before receiving all the credits, the remaining credits will stop. The balance under the device financing agreement will then become payable.
T-Mobile also states that paying off the device early will end the remaining promotional credits.
Although the promotion can cover the cost of the phone, some charges still apply.
Customers are required to pay tax based on the phone’s price before promotional credits. A $35 device connection charge also applies.
The promotion is available for a limited time and is subject to eligibility requirements. Customers also need qualifying credit and an eligible service plan.
T-Mobile says the promotional line must remain active. It may also take up to two billing cycles for the credits to appear.
