The banned Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) has begun making false claims in an effort to influence the vote count.
According to reports, JAAC, through a social media post, claimed that a large number of security personnel were deployed outside the Rawalpindi Press Club, identity cards were being checked, and several young people had been arrested. The claims have been described as misleading and without basis.
The members of JAAC are attempting to mislead the general public through their media posts. JAAC has made false and fabricated allegations claiming that a large number of security forces were deployed outside the Rawalpindi Press Club, and identity cards were being checked.
It is worth mentioning here that the violent agenda of the banned Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) is becoming increasingly apparent.
Last week, it was reported that a miscreant of the banned JAAC, Muhammad Abid, who was arrested in Rawalakot, made several revelations during questioning.
Abid claimed that he was part of an armed group linked to the banned committee. He stated that 10 to 15 members of the group were injured during an overnight firing on Rangers personnel.
The arrested suspect also confessed that he was carrying a weapon and claimed that four to five Rangers personnel were injured in the firing carried out by their group.
According to Abid, around 100 to 150 armed members of the banned committee are still present at different locations with weapons. The arrested suspect further revealed that he had been brought from abroad around two weeks ago for this purpose. He also claimed to be a trained sniper, which officials said indicates the possible presence of professionally trained armed individuals among the protesters.
