Kim Kardashian has revealed that she takes around 35 supplements each day, split into three doses for good health.
She mentioned feeling ‘pill fatigue,’ especially with large fish oil capsules, which she temporarily stopped taking until her bloodwork indicated she needed to continue.
During a guest appearance on Amy Poehler’s ‘Good Hang’ podcast, Kardashian humorously suggested that an IV drip would make her routine easier, stressing on her commitment to her health.
“I take probably 35 supplements a day. I spread them out three times a day and I thought, ‘Okay, I can’t do this fish oil anymore. I have like pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil (supplements).’ And I got my bloodwork and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again.”
