VEDA, the private company operating the Metro Bus Service, has announced the suspension of all Metro Bus operations in Lahore from August 11. The company said it would be unable to continue the service unless a regular and uninterrupted fuel supply is ensured in accordance with the court order.
VEDA has issued a final notice to the Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA), stating that the ongoing fuel supply issue has made it difficult for the company to continue operations, according to media reports.
