Quetta Gladiators beat Lahore Qalandars by 6 wickets

In the 26th match of the Pakistan Super League, Quetta Gladiators defeated Lahore Qalandars by six wickets. The match was played at National Bank Stadium in Karachi, where Quetta Gladiators comfortably chased down the target of 135 runs set by Lahore Qalandars in the 17th over.

After losing their first two wickets for just 11 runs, Rilee Rossouw and Hassan Nawaz built an excellent partnership that played a key role in the team’s victory. Rossouw remained unbeaten on 60 runs, while Nawaz scored 49 runs off 32 balls. Dinesh Chandimal managed only 1 run, Shamil Hussain was dismissed for 0, and captain Saud Shakeel was also out after scoring just 1 run. For Lahore Qalandars, Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, and Sikandar Raza took one wicket each.

Earlier, Lahore Qalandars set an easy target for Quetta Gladiators in the 26th match of PSL 11. Batting first Lahore Qalandars were bowled out for 134 runs in the final over, setting a target of 135 runs for Quetta Gladiators.

Haseebullah Khan was the top scorer with 33 runs. Fakhar Zaman made 20 runs, while Usama Mir played a quick innings of 22 runs off just 7 balls. Abdullah Shafiq scored 17 runs, Sikandar Raza added 15, and Daniel Sams contributed 12 runs. Charith Asalanka made 6 runs.

Muhammad Naeem scored 4, Muhammad Farooq added 2, while Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf were both dismissed for zero. For Quetta Gladiators, Jahandad Khan and Usman Tariq took three wickets each. Alzarri Joseph claimed two wickets, while Saqib Khan took one. Lahore Qalandars captain Shaheen Afridi won the toss and elected to bat first against Saud Shakeel’s Quetta Gladiators.
