Latest update on Hussain Talat’s injury after shoulder dislocation

Pakistan cricket team all-rounder Hussain Talat suffered a dislocation of his left shoulder while fielding during the second ODI against the Bangladesh national cricket team.  The injury is expected to keep him away from cricket for around 12 to 14 weeks.

According to a spokesperson for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Talat was given immediate first aid by the medical team at the ground following the incident.

He was later shifted to a hospital for further medical care, where doctors successfully performed a closed reduction procedure to treat the shoulder dislocation. The PCB confirmed that Talat’s condition is stable, and he is expected to undergo a rehabilitation program before returning to competitive cricket.

It is worth mentioning here that Pakistani all-rounder Hussain Talat suffered a shoulder injury while fielding during the second ODI against Bangladesh.

During Bangladesh’s chase of the 275-run target, Talat was injured while fielding and had to be taken off the field on a stretcher. According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the team’s medical staff provided him with immediate attention on the field. After an initial examination, Talat was shifted to a hospital for further, more detailed assessment.

The PCB stated that the nature and severity of the injury will be determined after a complete medical examination by doctors. Meanwhile, in the second ODI of the three-match series, Bangladesh captain Mehidy Hasan has flouted sportsmanship.

A unique incident occurred in the 39th over of Pakistan’s innings during the second ODI between Pakistan and Bangladesh in Dhaka. On a delivery from spinner Mehidy Hasan, Mohammad Rizwan played a straight defensive shot. The ball went back towards the bowler and hit his foot. Meanwhile, Salman Ali Agha, who was at the non-striker’s end, had stepped out of his crease.
