Mahira Khan says she is not worried about losing heroine roles

Popular Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has said, speaking at a recent event, that she is enjoying her current stage of life and is not worried about a time when she may stop getting lead heroine roles.

Speaking during a special session titled From Story to Character’ at a literary and cultural event in Dubai, Mahira Khan discussed different aspects of her career and personal life.

The actress said that she enjoys both success and the love she receives from her fans. She further added that her relationship with her supporters is very important to her.

“I like it when people express their love for me,” she said. “But I also know that fame and success do not last forever. That is why I always focus on my work.”

Mahira further said that she is very happy with her current age and the stage of life she is in. She added that she is not concerned about a future when she may no longer be offered heroine roles.

“I think that time may be getting closer, and I am completely okay with it,” she said.

The actress also urged directors and producers to cast her in different and unique roles instead of limiting her to traditional heroine characters. She said she wants audiences to see new sides of her acting abilities.

Mahira Khan represents Pakistan at Harvard University

Recently, the famous Lollywood star, model and actress shared her experience after representing Pakistan at Harvard University.

In her post on Instagram, Mahira Khan said that it was an honour to be speaking at the Pakistan Conference at Harvard University.

“I represent so much more than myself, I represent where I come from,” she said, further adding that these moments will always be in her memories.

At the end, she remembered the students by saying, “You guys made me feel so warm, I almost forgot how cold it was. Thank you, you guys killed it!”
