The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has clarified the procedure for collecting identity cards issued through applications submitted via mobile registration vans. According to a NADRA spokesperson, applicants can choose between home delivery and collection from a NADRA office when submitting their applications through mobile registration vans.
The spokesperson said applicants opting for home delivery must provide a complete and accurate residential address to ensure successful delivery of their identity cards. Those choosing office collection must collect their cards from the specific NADRA office selected at the time of application.
If an applicant does not select a delivery option, NADRA staff will guide them to the nearest registration centre from where they can collect their identity card.
The spokesperson advised applicants to keep their application receipts or tracking IDs safe and present them after the specified processing period to collect their cards. NADRA has urged citizens to carefully select their preferred delivery method when applying to avoid inconvenience or delays in receiving their identity cards.
