Pakistan extends closure of airspace for Indian plane

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has extended the closure of airspace for Indian planes till June 23. According to the newly issued NOTAM, the airspace will be closed from today for Indian planes, including commercial and fighter jets.

The NOTAM states that aircraft leased by Indian airlines, as well as aircraft owned or operated by Indian individuals, will also fall under the restriction.

It further adds that the ban on the use of Pakistani airspace by Indian aircraft, which was imposed last year, has now been extended.
