Yesterday, a loud blast was heard at King Khalid Airport in Riyadh which killed at least 13 people.
Flight-tracking website Flightradar24 showed that all flights to Riyadh had either been diverted or cancelled, reports Reuters.
Almost an hour before the incident, the airport urged passengers to contact their airlines directly and confirm their flight status before heading to the airport.
The dead from the third attack this week on the airport included four Saudis, two people from Bangladesh, and one person each from the US, Jordan, Palestine, Syria, Sudan and Egypt, according to the Saudi civil aviation authority.
