The Ministry of Religious Affairs has released details about this year’s private Hajj 2027 scheme on Friday. Package prices range from Rs1.4 million to Rs3.75 million.
Pilgrims can now choose and book a package based on their needs and budget.
How can you see details of the Hajj 2027 packages?
According to the ministry spokesperson, Hajj companies have uploaded their packages on the digital portal. Pilgrims can use the Pak Hajj app and portal to view the options and make their bookings.
A total of 16 basic Hajj packages have been finalised under the private scheme this year. These include short-stay packages as well as packages with five-star facilities.
This gives pilgrims more options based on what they can afford.
What are seats and payment rules for Hajj packages?
The ministry has allocated 71,684 seats for the private Hajj scheme this year.
Pilgrims have been told to make payments only through the official Pak Hajj app or digital portal when booking their packages.
The ministry warned that it will not be responsible for any financial loss if a pilgrim pays money directly to an individual or company.
Pilgrims have been advised to be careful during the booking process and use only safe payment methods.
What is the last date for booking?
The deadline for choosing a package and making the payment is November 20.
The ministry said that if the allocated quota is not fully used by the deadline, the government can decide how to use the remaining seats.
The booking process for private Hajj packages is currently underway.
Private Hajj quota remains largely unused
The Ministry of Religious Affairs had given private Hajj operators three days to activate their Hajj packages for the 2027 pilgrimage.
The ministry had also warned that companies that fail to follow the order could lose their allocated Hajj quota.
According to reports, bookings for the government Hajj scheme for 2027 have already been completed.
However, most of the quota given to private Hajj operators has not yet been used.
