The stage is set in the high voltage finale of the Pakistan Super League Season 11, as Hyderabad Kingsmen takes on Peshawar Zalmi in the championship match tonight at Gaddafi Stadium.
The long awaited final will commence at 8 pm and fans will be flocking to watch what promises to be an exciting conclusion to the tournament.
It will also give its spectators a star-studded finale ceremony before the action takes place on the pitch.
The renowned singers such as Atif Aslam, Ali Azmat and Arif Lohar, Aima Baig and the Sabri Sisters will be there to give the crowd an adrenaline rush, as part of the grand finale.
Both teams go into the final with confidence and determination. Zalmi captain Babar Azam stressed that it is his final aim to lift the trophy, which is the ambition of every team leader.
Kingsmen skipper Marnus Labuschagne on the other side pointed to the toughness of his team under pressure and that their long hard journey to the final has taught them to be tough in the face of adversity.
Since the event is of high profile, tight security measures have been established.
Over 7,000 police officers are going to be deployed throughout Lahore under the supervision of Inspector General Abdul Karim.
The main locations will be patrolled by specialised units, such as Dolphin Force and Elite Force, with senior officers in charge to ensure a smooth flow of traffic and the safety of the populace.
To make it even more exciting, the Pakistan Cricket Board has declared record prize money.
The winners will get $500,000, and the runners-up will receive 300,000.
