‘No students passed 9th board exams at 81 govt schools’
Recently, new details emerged about the 9th class board exams held by the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE).
According to the report, 81 government schools recorded a zero per cent result. This means no student from these schools passed the exam.
Rawalpindi district had the highest number of schools with a zero per cent result. Attock and Chakwal followed.
The authorities have decided to take action against the heads of schools that recorded zero per cent results.
Meanwhile, 63 per cent of students failed the 9th class board exams.
A total of 124,430 students submitted their exam forms. Out of them, 121,739 students appeared in the exams.
