Rain and hailstorms are expected in most parts of the country next week, starting February 16th.
Northern Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail Khan, and Punjab’s Dera Ghazi Khan can be hit with extreme temperatures.
The Met Office has warned of possible hailstorms in northern Balochistan as well as in Dera Ismail Khan and Dera Ghazi Khan during the forecast period, which could damage crops and weak structures.
Rain can happen in Dadu, Hyderabad, Karachi, Thatta, Badin, Jamshoro, Sukkur, Larkana, Jacobabad, Khairpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Bhakkar, Layyah and Bahawalpur.
Farmers are advised to make necessary arrangements for their crops during the forecast period, said the Met Department.
