The last date for pilgrims enrolled in the Government Hajj Scheme 2027 to pay their second installment has been revealed.
According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, pilgrims can submit their second installment of Hajj dues until 20 October 2026.
Authorities have urged pilgrims to complete the payment before the deadline rather than wait until the final day.
More than 22,000 pilgrims have already paid the second installment, with the ministry saying it has received Rs14.17bn so far.
A total of 22,172 pilgrims have made their payments through different channels, including digital and conventional banking services.
The ministry said 12,743 pilgrims had paid their second installment through OneLink, allowing them to complete the process from home.
Another 1,089 pilgrims used bank cards, while 8,340 made their payments through manual bank challans.
Officials said online payments through the digital Hajj portal now account for more than 55% of all second-installment payments.
The system allows pilgrims to pay their dues without visiting a bank, with OneLink currently the most widely used digital payment option.
Pilgrims must also upload a medical fitness certificate to the Hajj portal before paying the second installment.
The ministry said the requirement is part of efforts to incorporate pilgrims’ health information into the Hajj management system.
The second installment can be paid through the Hajj portal operated by the National Information Technology Board.
Pilgrims can use OneLink, bank cards or manual bank challans, with both online and traditional payment methods available.
The ministry has encouraged pilgrims to complete the process within the specified period to help authorities proceed with the next stages of Hajj preparations.
More than 22,000 pilgrims have so far completed their second-installment payments under the Government Hajj Scheme 2027, according to the latest figures released by the ministry.
