The well-known journalist, Syed Muzammil Shah, during a TV show on the private media channel, criticised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership and said, “I will call Sohail Afridi a clown ten times, not once.” He also criticised PTI founder Imran Khan for not giving a space to other PTI leaders to even present their point of view in the party.
Syed Muzammil said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government is not doing anything for the people of KP, adding that the KP government is using all the machinery and sources for the release of one criminal sitting in Adiala jail.
He also said that PTI founder Imran Khan doesn’t want any other politician from PTI to get popular as he just wants to hold the supreme authority over all the people/politicians affiliated with PTI.
It is important to mention that the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, is currently in jail due to several corruption and criminal cases against him.
Syed Muzzamil also said that there are thousands of Pashtoon people in KP who are facing issues, including poverty and terrorism, but CM KP and other PTI leaders are just focused on the release of Imran Khan.
Syed Muzzamil criticised that Imran Khan ordered the dissolution of the KP provincial assembly without asking anything. He further added that Imran Khan did this to maintain his dominance over the people of KP and other leaders of PTI in the province.
Muzzamil also said that PTI has no answer about the removal of an elected CM, Ali Amin Gandapur. He added that PTI leadership doesn’t know why they replaced Gandapur with Afridi.
In an argument with another so-called PTI analyst during the show, I said, “I will call Sohail Afridi a clown ten times, not once.”
