Prominent spiritual leader, Pir Syed Mehr Farid-ul-Haq Gilani, the eldest son of Pir Syed Moin-ul-Haq Gilani, the Sajjada Nashin of Dargah Alia Ghausia, Golra Sharif, has passed away.
According to a spokesperson for Dargah Alia, the funeral prayer for the deceased will be offered tomorrow, Friday, after Asr prayers in Golra Sharif.
Following the news of his passing, a wave of grief and sorrow has spread among devotees and disciples, as he was a well-known figure in Sufi teachings and spiritual service.
Pir Syed Mehr Farid-ul-Haq Gilani dedicated his life to promoting Sufism and serving humanity. As a result, a large number of people are arriving in Golra Sharif to offer condolences, and prayers are being held for the elevation of his ranks. Political and social figures across the country have also expressed deep sorrow and grief over his passing.
