Pakistani actress Zoha Tauqeer said on Thursday that she and her siblings were supportive of her mother, Ayesha Jahanzeb, in her second marriage.
During a recent appearance at Fuchsia Magazine, Zoha Tauqeer talked about the new changes in family life and confirmed that accepting her mother’s second marriage was not difficult.
On the question that was it difficult to accept her mother’s second marriage, Zoha Tauqeer answered with zero hesitation, saying, “Not at all.”
Zoha Tauqeer also said that she and her siblings were fully supportive of her mother’s second marriage.
“We always knew, even as children, that it was important for our mother to be happy. She asked for our permission before getting married again, and I found that so sweet. Even our new father asked us if we were comfortable with it, and all three of us happily gave our approval.”
She also shared her reaction and that of her sibling to the new siblings.
“For us, children are always just children. My brother used to feel that he didn’t have a brother because my younger sister and I were always together. So, he was actually very excited about having new siblings.”
