Tamasha Season 5 stars Esra Ayesha and Zayb Khan have tied the knot in an intimate Nikah ceremony.
The newlyweds took to their Instagram handles to share pictures from their brief Nikah ceremony and a photoshoot, announcing their marriage to fans and followers.
Alongside the pictures, the couple shared a heartfelt caption celebrating their union and quoted a verse from the Holy Quran: “And We created you in pairs,” from Surah An-Naba (78:8).
They also expressed gratitude for the prayers and support they had received, writing, “Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah, I can’t believe how this has unfolded. Indeed Allah is the best planner. Thank you every single one of you for praying for us.”
Zayb also shared an affectionate message for his wife, writing, “Allah has been kind for sending this piece of peace for me to earth. I love you, begum.”
The couple’s relationship had previously drawn attention following Zayb Khan’s unexpected elimination from Tamasha Season 5. His departure left several contestants shocked, including Esra, whose emotional reaction became a talking point among viewers.
Later, Zayb addressed their bond during an Instagram Live session, acknowledging that Esra was going through an emotional period after his exit from the reality show.
He also revealed that he had asked fellow contestant Hassan to look after Esra before leaving the house.
“When I left the house, I asked Hassan to take care of her,” Zayb shared.
Tamasha is a reality television show aired on ARY Digital and hosted by actor Adnan Siddiqui. The programme brings celebrities together under one roof, where they take part in various challenges and navigate conflicts while living together.
