Terrorists of Fitna al Hindustan again targeted innocent people in Quetta

Advisor to the Chief Minister of Balochistan for Sports and Youth Affairs and MPA Meena Majeed Baloch strongly condemned the terrorist attack near Chaman Phatak, stating that terrorists backed by “Fitna al Hindustan” have once again targeted innocent citizens in a cowardly act of terrorism.

In her statement on X, she said the attack on a train carrying unarmed passengers, including women and children travelling home for the Eid holidays, was “an attack on humanity itself.” She added that innocent people of Balochistan had been deliberately targeted in the tragic incident.

The common and innocent people of Balochistan were the victims of this bloodshed, and many innocent citizens lost their lives in this brutal act, she added.

By shedding the blood of women and children on the occasion of Eid, India and its proxy Baloch terrorist groups have once again exposed their heinous intentions to the world. I pray for the forgiveness of those who were martyred in the blast and for patience and strength for the bereaved families, she concluded.

Meanwhile, the Government of Balochistan has strongly condemned the recent tragic and cowardly explosion near Chaman Phatak in the provincial capital, Quetta, and expressed deep sorrow, grief, and regret over the incident.

Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Balochistan for Information, Shahid Rind, in an official statement issued on behalf of the provincial government, said that targeting innocent citizens in this act of terrorism was an extremely brutal act.

He stated in unequivocal terms that the terrorists backed by “Fitna al Hindustan attempting to sabotage law and order do not deserve any leniency and will be dealt with an iron hand.

He further said that, due to the close surveillance and timely action of security agencies near Chaman Phatak in Quetta, a major tragedy involving the Jaffar Express was averted.

According to government spokesperson Shahid Rind, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti is personally monitoring the situation following the Chaman Phatak explosion.

Security forces, the district administration, and law enforcement agencies have been directed to collect all evidence from the scene and investigate the incident from every possible angle.
