Mohsin Naqvi reached Quetta after the blast at Chaman Phatak, where officials briefed him on the initial investigation report.
A special meeting took place under the chairmanship of Mohsin Naqvi and Mir Sarfraz Bugti. During the meeting, the Inspector General of Balochistan Police presented a preliminary report on the explosion near Quetta’s Chaman Phatak area.
The participants strongly condemned the attack and expressed condolences to the families of the martyrs.
Mohsin Naqvi said the federal government stands with the Balochistan government during this difficult time. He said the attackers showed extreme cruelty by targeting innocent people and added that the sacrifices of the martyrs would always be remembered.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti thanked Mohsin Naqvi for supporting Balochistan in every difficult situation. He said the government would not let the blood of the martyrs go in vain and vowed to bring the terrorists to justice.
He also said the government would continue supporting the families of the martyrs and added that he was personally monitoring the medical treatment of the injured.

The blast in Chaman Pathak, Quetta, was carried out by Fitna al Hindustan on Sunday, showcasing the barbarity and uncivility of the enemy.
