The traffic plan has also determined alternative routes for citizens.

If you are on I-10/1 you can use the service road to get through.

Alternatively, the I-10/1 service road and Street No. 23 (I-10/4) can be used.

If the main road is blocked/closed due to traffic jam towards Sui Gas Chowk, the service road towards Sui Gas Chowk from I-10/4 will be used. IJP Road can be used by citizens as well.

The citizens have been asked to take alternative routes during the processions for their convenience and to ease traffic.

People have been advised to check the social media pages of Islamabad Traffic Police or listen to FM 92.4 for traffic updates during the occasion of the procession.
