The President of the United States of America has called India a hellhole on the planet in a post on Truth social. This comment proves that India has become isolated internationally.

The Indian opposition party, Congress, also raised the issue. On their official X account (formerly Twitter), they called the statement extremely insulting and anti-India.
They further said that every Indian is hurt by these comments. They urged their Prime Minister Modi to show a strong objection to the US President over this.
However, in the same tweet, they did not fail to mention the track record of Modi. They posted about Modi not having a spine and predicted that it is likely he will not be able to say anything to US President Donald Trump.
They further added that Prime Minister Modi quietly listens to every insult that the US President hurls at India and do not step up for India.
They ended the twee by calling Narendra Modi a weak Prime Minister and said that the whole country is sufferig because of him.
Under Modi India fails to uphold global responsibilities
The Modi government has already damaged the economy of India and its administrative machinery. It is now also demonstrating its incompetance and failure at the global level.
Reuters has reported that the Indian government has withdrawn its bid to host COP33. It was due to be held in 2028.
Indian media outlet India Today is describing this decision as a clear U-turn because Prime Minister Narendra Modi had offered to host the 2028 conference during the conference held in Dubai in 2023.
