The Punjab Police has issued orders for the transfer and posting of 14 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), with DSP Azhar Hussain transferred from Lodhran Headquarters to Rajanpur Headquarters.
According to details, Punjab Inspector General of Police Abdul Karim issued the orders for the transfers and postings of 14 DSPs.
Under the notification, DSP Azhar Hussain has been transferred from Headquarters Lodhran and posted at Headquarters Rajanpur, while DSP Shahid Mahmood has been appointed DSP Organised Crime Gujarat from the waiting-for-posting list.
DSP Muhammad Abdul Hadi has been transferred from DSP RIB and appointed DSP Investigation Dera Ghazi Khan, while DSP Muhammad Asif Saeed has been transferred from DSP Legal Bahawalnagar and posted as DSP Legal-I Khanewal.
The notification further stated that Traffic Officer Muhammad Afzal has been appointed Traffic Officer Headquarters at the Regional Traffic Office Multan from the waiting-for-posting list. DSP Syed Ali Jafar Raza has been transferred from Headquarters Multan and posted as SDPO New Multan.
Meanwhile, DSP Athar Naveed has been transferred from District Officer Special Branch Bahawalpur and posted as DSP Headquarters Bahawalpur. DSP Arshad Ali has been transferred from District Officer Special Branch Pakpattan and appointed DSP Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) Vehari.
Traffic Officer Ahsan Saleem has been transferred from Licensing, City Traffic Police Lahore, and posted as Traffic Officer Pasban Model Town Division Lahore.
Similarly, DSP Liaquat Ali has been appointed DSP VIP Security-I, Special Branch Lahore, from the waiting-for-posting list. DSP Tahir Anees has been transferred from Special Branch Rawalpindi and posted as DSP Operations, DIC-III Khushab.
DSP Muhammad Zariat has been transferred from DSP Headquarters Chakwal and appointed SDPO Darya Khan, Bhakkar.
DSP Shehzad Asghar Warq has been transferred from the Special Protection Unit (SPU) Punjab Lahore and posted as DSP Prisoners Escort Lahore.
DSP Mansoor Ahmed has also been transferred from the Supreme Court Registry and posted as DSP Security Division-VIII, 7-Club Road, Lahore.
