The National Savings Centre Muzaffarabad has released the outcome of the prize bond draw for Rs200 in the month of September 2026 on Tuesday, 15th September.
It has created a buzz among investors and bondholders in Pakistan, where the winners will be awarded cash prizes based on their bond numbers.
The Prize bonds are a government initiative for investing money, where people invest their money and also get an opportunity to win cash through periodic balloting.
Prize bonds don’t pay a fixed rate of return or interest as does a conventional investment. Holders will, instead, be able to keep their bonds and participate in scheduled prize draws.
In Pakistan, the denominations of the prize bonds range from Rs100 to higher denominations.
One of the common denominations of the prize bond is Rs200. Draws are made regularly and different cash prizes are awarded based on the results.
Prize bonds can be bought and cashed at the State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) offices, specially allotted commercial bank branches and National Savings Centres.
To apply candidates should complete an application form with a copy of their valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC).
The bonds are thought of as a comparatively easy method of government-backed savings and the prize draws give bond holders a chance to win big cash amounts.
The total prize of the first prize of Draw No. 107 is Rs7,50,000 and is given to one bond number. The second prize is Rs250,000, five winners will get the second prize amount. The third prize is Rs1250 which is given to several winners.
