The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced walk-in recruitment for women for vacant Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) positions in eight districts of Punjab.
Walk-in tests for the positions will be held from September 29 to October 1, 2026. Successful and shortlisted candidates will subsequently be called for interviews.
Eligible districts
According to the advertisement, the vacancies are available for women from Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakkar.
Only female candidates who are residents of the relevant districts are eligible to apply. Candidates will be required to provide proof of residence through their CNIC or domicile.
Eligibility and age limit
Candidates must have at least an Intermediate or equivalent qualification. NADRA will give preference to women with at least one year of relevant work experience.
The maximum age limit is 25 years, including a five-year general age relaxation. No further age relaxation will be granted.
Women from minority communities and women with disabilities are also encouraged to participate in the recruitment process.
Candidates have been advised to check the schedule for their respective tehsil before appearing for the test. Registration on test days will remain open from 8:30am to 1pm, while interviews will begin at 9am on the scheduled dates.
Only candidates who pass the test and are shortlisted will proceed to the interview stage.
Test and interview venue
All tests and interviews will be conducted at NADRA’s Regional Head Office, 6 Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road, Sargodha.
Candidates must arrive within the specified registration hours. Applications or candidates arriving after the designated time will not be considered.
Required documents
Candidates must bring their original personal, educational and professional documents to the test.
Employees of government and semi-government organisations will also be required to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
At the interview stage, candidates must provide educational certificates verified by the relevant examination boards. Selected candidates will later be required to submit medical fitness and character certificates.
NADRA said candidates providing false information at any stage of the recruitment process will be disqualified.
