All educational boards in Punjab will announce the results of the 2026 first annual examinations for the 11th grade (HSSC Part-I) on Thursday, October 22, 2026, according to the Punjab Education Board on Tuesday.
According to the details, the HSSC I 2026 result will be announced at 10:00 AM.
Punjab Boards HSSC II results
Before this, Punjab’s educational boards announced the names of position holders for the Intermediate Part-II (12th grade) examinations on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
The position holders are expected to be announced between 4 PM and 5 PM. The complete 2nd year results were released the following day.
The Intermediate Part-II results were officially announced on Wednesday, September 23, at 10 AM, according to the announced schedule.
BISE Lahore shifts to digital system
Recently, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore discontinued the issuance of hard copies of intermediate result cards.
It has shifted to a fully digital system to provide students with easier access to their academic records.
Under the new policy, intermediate result cards will be issued in soft copy format instead of printed documents.
The Lahore Board has informed all relevant educational institutions about the decision.
According to a spokesperson for the Lahore Board, result cards for regular candidates have been uploaded to the portals of their respective educational institutions.
Private candidates can download their result cards directly from the board’s official website.
FPSC postpones tests
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has postponed tests for 17 posts at the Board of Investment.
The posts include Director General, Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director and Public Relations Officer. The Board of Investment works under the Prime Minister’s Office.
According to an FPSC public notice, tests for five types of posts have been removed from Phase III of the 2026 testing programme.
The postponed posts include one Director General post in BS-20, four Director posts in BS-19 and six Deputy Director posts in BS-18.
The list also includes three Assistant Director posts in BS-17 and three Public Relations Officer posts in BS-16.
