Bilawal, Kundi discuss KP political situation

Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, held a telephone conversation with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi and discussed the current political situation in the province.

According to media reports, the two leaders discussed the latest political situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the context of the PTI’s forthcoming long march towards the federal capital on October 4.

On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced the schedule of the long march. The long march will commence on October 4 from Lucky Marwat. The march will begin from Gandi Chowk, Lucky Marwat, under the leadership of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi.

PTI leader Shahid Khattak said that convoys from Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, Waziristan and Bannu will first gather in Lucky Marwat before joining the long march. He added that the schedules for convoys from Karak, Kohat, Hangu, Orakzai and Kurram would be announced soon.

Sources said that Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi is expected to announce the final schedule for the October 4 long march tomorrow. Chief Minister Sohail Afridi will also collect donations for the long march on Friday.
