A clip from a discussion on Raftar TV claiming that India exposed Pakistan’s vulnerabilities is being shared online.
In it, participants, including Adeel Azhar, currently a leading figure at Raftar TV, claimed that India exposed Pakistan’s weaknesses during the India-Pakistan conflict.
In the video, he said, “I think India has hit us really hard there, and immediately after that, this ceasefire, we can say that when the match ended, at that time, we had received three sixes in the last over. So, let’s see what happens.”
Further, he added, “I really feel that after this 2025 conflict, Pakistan’s geographical vulnerabilities have been exposed.” To this statement, the other two participants also agreed.
Just came across this – tweeted by an Indian account of course

Amazed that Raftaar ran with this.

Dewan Sachal
However, the Pakistani sources report officially that the Pakistan Air Force shot down six Indian jets and a UAV. These facts have been recognised by the world as well.
Dewan Sachal, a Pakistani Hindu and former member of the Sindh Assembly, took to the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, regarding this.
He said, “Raftar has long been anti Pakistan, but obviously they have high level protection.”

Netizens react
Netizens have called these claims baseless and said they echoed Indian narratives.

They criticised the claims. They say this grounded the Indian Air Force within hours.
This account contradicts the clip and explains why Indian accounts share it for disinformation purposes, some netizens suggest.
“This is not the first time. Farhan Youthar’s Raftar posted videos of 9th May as well including attack on Army men and Indians used those footages as well,” a netizen said.

Sources say that these included attacks on Army personnel. Indian accounts used those videos too.
A netizen commented that the clip has no journalistic value. They said it was shared at the height of the May 2025 conflict when the situation was unclear.
The netizen added that the PAF had already shot down six jets and a UAV by then. They said many Indian accounts saved the clip and continue to share it.
Another netizen wrote that the world believes Pakistan destroyed Indian planes in just 25 minutes.
They said satellites monitored Pakistani soldiers causing damage.
They added that Indian CDS Anil Chauhan confirmed this. The netizen questioned how many people rely on channels like Raftaar for information.

Pakistan’s showcase of strength
During the four-day conflict with India in May last year, Pakistan showed the strength of both Chinese and locally made military equipment.
This included the JF-17 Thunder fighter jet, the Al-Khalid main battle tank, and the Fatah series guided multiple launch rocket system (G-MLRS).
The JF-17 played a key role in the May conflict and had also proven itself during the 2019 skirmish with India.
Last year, the jet was credited with destroying India’s advanced S-400 missile system at Adampur.
The Thunder also impressed audiences at the Dubai Airshow.
Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said the success of Pakistan’s weapons industry could improve the country’s economy.
He told Geo News that with so many orders coming in, Pakistan might not need help from the International Monetary Fund within six months.
