US President Donald Trump said that he enjoys strong relations with world leaders and welcomed all participants to the Gaza Peace Board meeting on Thursday.
Speaking at the opening session of the forum in Washington, Trump stated that he has ended eight wars and that a ninth is close to conclusion.
He described the Gaza Peace Board as a key platform for achieving sustainable peace.
He said, ‘There is no other forum as strong and important as our Peace Board. It includes the world’s major countries, and in terms of its objectives and significance, it has no substitute.’
Trump added that the board aims to secure a bright future for the people of Gaza.
He also highlighted the example of Armenia and Azerbaijan, which chose peace and successfully signed an agreement.

In his speech, Trump once again referred to the Pakistan India conflict. He stated that tensions between the two countries were escalating.
According to Trump, 11 fighter jets were shot down during the conflict.
The Gaza Peace Board meeting is being held at the Donald Trump Institute of Peace, with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif attending the forum.
There, he praised PM Shehbaz, saying that he really likes him. He also praised the Chief of Defence Forces and Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Asim Munir, calling him ‘a great General.’
Trump also said that Pakistan’s Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir is a great fighter.
Before the session began, participants took a group photograph. The meeting includes representatives from 47 countries, including Pakistan, Israel, and the European Union.
The Gaza Peace Board meeting is being held at the Donald Trump Institute of Peace.
