Petrol prices in Pakistan have risen significantly, prompting many people to look for cheaper ways to travel. With fuel now costing more than Rs320 per litre, commuters who once showed little interest in electric bikes are starting to consider them as a possible alternative.
The massive increase in petrol and diesel prices has made daily travel much more expensive. Many households rely on motorcycles for commuting to offices, colleges and markets, but the rising fuel cost is putting pressure on monthly budgets.
