Miley Cyrus reveals real reason behind Jonas Brothers opening her 2006 tour

Famous singer and pop star Miley Cyrus has revealed the real reason behind the Jonas Brothers opening her ‘Best of Both Worlds’ tour in 2006.

During the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special, which debuted on March 24 on Disney+, the singer of “Flowers” revealed the reason for the Jonas Brothers’ participation in her 2007 Best of Both Worlds tour, according to E! News.

Cyrus and Jonas were in a relationship from 2006 to 2008, and when it was time for her to tour, she, like any teenager with a crush, wanted to have her boyfriend accompany her.

“The reason that the Jonas Brothers were on tour with me was because Nick was my boyfriend and I wanted to not leave my boyfriend,” she stated, adding, “I was always just like, ‘Well, it’ll be more fun if Nick is there.'”

Cyrus also disclosed that she had childhood obsessions with both Zac Efron and her Hannah Montana co-star Mitchel Musso, and she provided insight into how Taylor Swift came to be featured in the 2009 film Hannah Montana: The Movie.

“This was kind of the beginning of her career, and they were looking for someone that would authentically, no shade, I guess, be performing in a barn. We both performed in the barn,” Miley Cyrus explained.

Additionally, she expressed fondness for the song she and Swift co-wrote, You’ll Always Find Your Way Back Home, describing it as a “banger” that “stands the test of time.”
