Another milestone has been added by Fakhar Zaman in his Pakistan Super League (PSL) career. He scored a match-winning century for Lahore Qalandars in a match against Quetta Gladiators at Gaddafi stadium.
The left handed scored 103 runs in just 51 balls. He smashed six sixes and eleven fours as Lahore scored a 197 runs target on a loss of 6 wickets in 29 overs.
This century was Fakhar Zaman’s third century in the league and a very important landmark knock in a very impressive tournament career.
After this century now Fakhar Zaman has entered an elite group of batters who have scored three PSL centuries.
This list includes Kamran Akmal, Usman Khan, Babar Azam and Rilee Rossouw.

He has also become the first batter in the history of PSL to score 1000 runs at the Lahore venue. The next one on the list is Babar Azam. He has made 784 runs.
His position in leading run scorer of PSL has also strengthened. He has now made the second highest runs in PSL history. 3246 runs in 103 matches.
Currently in the tournament he has a strike rate of 143,43 and he has made 25 fifties and three centuries.
His century against Quetta has shown why Fakhar Zaman is such an important asset for Lahore Qalandars. In the match the left hander was seen controlling the tempo and then accelerated through the middle overs.
