Students to get 6 exam chances in 4 years

It has been decided to provide additional chances to Matric and Intermediate students, under which students will now get 6 examination opportunities instead of 4.

Students will be able to take exams 6 times within 4 years. The additional chances will apply to all boards and groups, due to which Matric, Intermediate, O Level and A Level students will also benefit.

According to the educational boards, students will have to take the examination under the current syllabus, and this has been decided as a major relief for students in the field of education.

In another development the Federal Public Service Commission has postponed all of its examinations from April 25 to May 6, with a new schedule soon to be published.

The officials indicate that all the events scheduled to take place on April 22 have been postponed too due to road blocks in Islamabad.

The postponed activities are interviews, document verification, and personal hearings, which can be both physical or online.

The FPSC, in charge of hiring civil servants and administering the competitive exam known as the CSS, announced that new dates for all the-postponed exams and all the other related activities would be announced through its official channels.

Candidates have been encouraged to frequent the commission site and keep up with notifications to keep up with the changed schedules.

The commission had also earlier in its Islamabad centre postponed interviews and hearings due to administrative reasons.

All the interviews and personal hearings which had been scheduled to take place on April 20 at 9:30 am were postponed according to a public notice issued by the Programme Management Directorate on April 19.

The proceedings, which were to be affected, were to be held at the FPSC headquarters located on Aga Khan Road, Sector F-5/1, Islamabad.

Earlier, the Punjab Public Service Commission had also changed the examination centres of PMS 2025 due to security reasons.
