Lip-reader uncovers JD Vance’s reaction in Washington shooting

Vice President JD Vance was escorted safely by the Secret Service during the shooting at the dinner event in Washington DC.

A lip-reader has revealed how he reacted in the moment.

The event was a formal White House Correspondents’ Dinner where Donald Trump was going to be addressing the top US journalists on the evening of Saturday.  

The footage from the attack showed personnel rushing on stage to pull Trump, his wife Melania and other top administration officials.

The Vice President, JD Vance was yanked out of this seat by the Secret Service when the chaos unfolded.

Nicola Hickling, a forensic lip-reader has revealed that during the shooting a bodyguard went up to the Vice President and shouted: “Run, run”.

To this the Vice President responded with “What’s happening? I’m going” and then he left the stage in a hurry.

According to the officials the attacker was charged with a handgun, a shotgun and multiple knives when he charged at a security checkpoint by the ballroom.

Later the pictures of the suspect were posted by the President Trump where he was lying face down on the carpeted floor.

The suspect was identified as Cole Thomas Allen, 31. He is from Torrance, California.

Another prominent guest who was seen escorted away was Erika Kirk. The widow of the right-wing activist Charlie Kirk. He was assassinated on a college campus in September.

Erika was seen in tears, saying “I just wanna go home” leaving the venue.

Everyone was escorted safely off the stage by the Secret Service and top figures were also secured from the banquet hall.

Trump later confirmed that a top official was shot during the exchange.

The officer was however protected by his bulletproof vest.
